New York, N.Y., September 21, 2009 – We at art.les.nyc studios are
proud to present our September Featured Artist of the Month, Greg Elison,
with his latest project, "Make It Happen". The festivities will be held on
Friday, September 25th, 2009 from 7 p.m. till 11 p.m., in the studios'
outdoor art lounge at 202 Rivington Street between Ridge and Pitt Streets
on the fabulous Lower East Side.

Greg Elison received his BA in Art Studio with a focus in Sculpture as
well as a Master of Architecture degree from Tulane University in 2002. He
lived in New Orleans, LA during college for six years during which he
studied abroad in Spain, Portugal, and Italy as well. He has travelled
extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world. He has
been working as an architect in New York City for the past six years,
primarily in the high- end residential niche. He is well versed in
traditional as well as modern design.

This installation will be his first exhibition of art since college and
will be a culmination of many influences impacting his life and career. It
will be an architectural installation exploring space, form, color and
light including works of sculpture, paintings, and mixed media such as
wood, metal, glass, plastic, and fabric. Sacred geometry and the forms of
nature have always had a huge influence on his life and work and will guide
the experience created here.
